After months of planning and preparation, Lift House is officially transitioning to a new booking system! We're SO excited, and we think you will be too.
Here's everything you need to know!
Why is Lift House making this change?
We're switching from Square to Mindbody, which is designed specifically for fitness studios and offers more advanced features for businesses like ours. While it's not perfect (no perfect system exists β trust us, we searched!), we're confident this change will make billing, membership management, and session scheduling easier for you and for us!
When will this transition happen?
We're kicking things off in the next few weeks! Allison's clients will transition first, followed by Amy's clients. We'll need a little help from you to get you set up in our new system, so please be on the lookout for emails from us β we'll send everything you need right to your inbox!
Will this transition go perfectly and 100% according to plan?
Signs point to maybe! Weβve prepared extensively for this switch, but there may be some hiccups along the way. We really appreciate your flexibility and understanding!

We'll set this up for you after you've completed the transfer process (more on that below!) We'll align your autopay start date with your current billing schedule, and of course we'll confirm the exact start date with you before anything is charged.

Will be accessible right from this website, www.lifthousetraining.com! In the top navigation bar, you'll find a (currently inactive) "My Account" link. This is where you'll be able to cancel sessions (though we always encourage you to prioritize your training πͺπΌ) and keep track of makeup credit for any sessions canceled at least 24 hours in advance.

Under the "Current Clients" drop-down in the top navigation bar, you'll find a (currently inactive) "Schedule Makeup Session" page. We need everyone fully transitioned in order for the calendar to be accurate, so this will go live at the end of the process. We'll make sure you know when it's available!

As a Power Duo member, you receive Gloot Camp credit for sessions canceled at least 24 hours in advance. In the top navigation bar, youβll see a link for βUpcoming Classesβ (currently still linked to Square). Youβll be able to go right to this link to choose a Gloot Camp class, sign into your account, and apply your makeup credit directly!
How can I access all of these new features?
Most of these features aren't quite live yet, but below is a sneak peek at where youβll ultimately find everything! We'll be sharing this information in lots of different ways throughout the transition, so don't worry about getting lost. We got you!

You had me at no more invoices to remember! What do you need from me to make this happen?
Just 10-15 minutes of your time! Within the next few weeks, we'll send you a personalized link to complete an online membership transfer process. It's easy (we swear!), totally doable in one sitting, and there are only three steps:
STEP 1
Provide your intake info to get registered in our new system
STEP 2
Add your billing info so we can set you up for autopay
STEP 3
Review and sign four new membership forms (more info below!)

Nobody loves forms, we know! But it's important to us that you have full clarity on the terms of your Lift House membership.
We've mainly formalized policies that already existed but were never put in writing, so this is less about new rules and more about making sure everything is crystal clear for you.
