Two girlies, one goal: get stronger—together. With the Power Duo membership, you can train alongside a bestie, or we’ll thoughtfully match you with a new friend who’s on a similar journey. You’ll both get customized programming and hands-on coaching from your dedicated Lift House trainer, so you feel supported every step of the way. Same personalized care, shared sweat, more laughs, and way more fun.

It’s the Gloot Camp you know and love, coming soon with the built-in accountability of a membership option! ✨
Train with a small group of no more than five participants, and get all the personalized benefits of working with a Lift House trainer plus shared strength and genuine connection in every session. Build power, confidence, and a great butt, together!

One-on-one training sessions were the OG Lift House experience, and some longtime clients still train this way.
Right now, we’re focused on our partner and small-group programs, which offer the same thoughtful, high-quality training our one-on-one clients receive. Because our groups are intentionally small (only 2–5 women), we’re able to give our partner and small-group clients highly individualized support, in a more community-driven format.
We’ve seen over and over again that there’s something special about training alongside other women. There’s encouragement without comparison, confidence that builds over time, and that shared feeling of “we’ve got this.” It’s empowering, motivating, and deeply supportive in a way that’s hard to recreate on your own.
Limited one-on-one openings are expected once our team expands in late 2026, but we encourage you not to wait. Our partner and small-group training options offer an even more powerful way to build strength and confidence, surrounded by our supportive community 💖

Sessions are paid for in advance, every two weeks, via autopay. Your payment will be processed on same day of the week you started your membership.
Here’s an example: You come in for a First Time Session, which is paid up front. You decide to join Power Duo once a week at $50 per session. The day of your first membership session, you’ll be charged $100—that covers your first two sessions. Two weeks later, you’ll be charged $100 again, which covers your next two sessions.
This keeps your spot saved and your training on track! 💪🏼

Every session keeps you moving closer to where you want to be ✨ and we encourage you to see your training as non-negotiable “you” time.
That said, we totally get that life happens, and sometimes missing a session is unavoidable. If you need to miss one or more sessions, here’s how it works:
24-hour notice: Please cancel online at least 24 hours in advance. Your session will remain as a credit on your account to use later.
Please note: Regular biweekly billing will continue as outlined in your membership agreement. The credit you receive is for the session you paid for and could not attend. Using that credit allows you to make up the missed session—it does not reduce or replace your upcoming sessions.Late cancels or missed sessions: If you cancel with less than 24 hours’ notice or miss a session, the session will be forfeited with no refund or credit.
Vacations: If you’ll be away and need to miss multiple sessions, regular biweekly billing will continue as scheduled. This keeps your training time reserved and helps us maintain dependable income for our trainers. When you return, your trainer will be happy to work with you to apply any eligible session credits and make up sessions based on availability.
Pauses: Membership pauses are typically only granted in cases of serious injury, extended illness, or other extreme circumstances requiring an absence of 21 days or more. Requests must be made in writing and are subject to approval.
These policies are in place to keep things consistent, fair, and sustainable for both our clients and our trainers. We truly want to support you. If something comes up, just let us know and we’ll help you plan ahead whenever possible 💜

If you ever need to cancel or downgrade your membership (for example, from twice a week to once a week), let your trainer know in person and send your request in writing at hello@lifthousetraining.com at least 30 days in advance.
If you’d like to upgrade your membership or train more often, you can do that anytime. Just let your trainer know!
Regular billing continues until your current membership ends.
