Two girlies, one goal: get stronger — together! With the Power Duo membership, you can enroll alongside a bestie, or we’ll thoughtfully match you with a training partner who’s on a similar journey. Side by side, you’ll both get highly customized and form-focused coaching from your dedicated Lift House trainer. Same personalized training, more laughs, and way more fun!

    Many of our new clients want a chance to work with us 1:1 before moving into partner training. That’s why we have our First Time Session! During this special 1:1 session, you’ll consult with our owner, Amy, about your current fitness level and history. Amy will then guide you through a full workout customized for you and your specific goals. You’ll leave with a complete training session under your belt and a clear next-step plan if you choose to continue your training at Lift House ✨

gloot camp membership

It’s the Gloot Camp you know and love, coming soon with the built-in accountability of a membership option!

Train with a small group of no more than five participants, and get all the personalized benefits of working with a Lift House trainer at our best rate, plus shared strength and genuine connection in every session. Build power, confidence, and a great butt, together!

    • Flexible schedule — Gloot Camp sessions are currently offered six days a week at a variety of times. Pick whichever sessions work best for you that week!

  • One-on-one training sessions were the OG Lift House experience, and some longtime clients still train this way. Currently, we offer one-on-one First Time Sessions (60 min/$70) to support new clients and help them get oriented.

    Beyond that, we’re focused on our partner and small-group programs, which offer the same thoughtful, high-quality training our one-on-one clients receive (really!)

    That’s because our groups are intentionally small (only 2–5 women), so we’re able to give our clients highly individualized support, in a community-driven format that we’ve found to be more empowering and motivating.

  • Sessions are paid for in advance, every two weeks, via autopay. Your payment will be processed on same day of the week you started your membership.

    Here’s an example: You come in for a First Time Session, which is paid up front. You decide to join Power Duo once a week at $50 per session. The day of your first membership session, you’ll be charged $100—that covers your first two sessions. Two weeks later (on the same day of the week), you’ll be charged $100 again, which covers your next two sessions.

    Advance billing keeps your spot saved and your training on track! 💪🏼

  • Every session keeps you moving closer to where you want to be ✨ and we encourage you to see your training as non-negotiable “you” time.

    That said, we totally get that life happens, and sometimes missing a session is unavoidable. If you need to miss one (or more) sessions, here’s how it works:

    • 24-hour notice: Cancel your session online at least 24 hours in advance. The session will remain as a make-up credit on your account to use later.
      Please note: Regular biweekly billing will continue as outlined in your membership agreement. The make-up credit is for the session you paid for and could not attend. Using that credit allows you to make up the missed session—it does not reduce or replace your upcoming sessions.

    • Late cancels or missed sessions: If you cancel with less than 24 hours’ notice or miss a session, the session will be forfeited with no refund or credit.

    • Vacations: We all travel from time to time, and it’s normal for clients to occasionally miss a few sessions while they’re out of town. Per your membership agreement, regular biweekly billing will continue during your time away. As long as any sessions you’ll miss are canceled with at least 24 hours’ notice, you’ll receive credit to use toward make-up sessions. When you’re back, your trainer will help you get those scheduled!

    • Pauses: Membership pauses are typically only granted in cases of serious injury, extended illness, or other extreme circumstances requiring an absence of 21 days or more. Requests must be made in writing and are subject to approval.

    These policies are in place to keep things consistent, fair, and sustainable for both our clients and our trainers. We truly want to support you. If something comes up, let us know as soon as possible and we’ll help you figure out next steps 💜

  • Send a request in writing to hello@lifthousetraining.comat least 30 days in advance if you ever need to cancel or downgrade your membership (for example, from twice a week to once a week).

    If you’d like to upgrade your membership or train more often, you can do that anytime. Just let your trainer know!

    Regular billing will continue until your membership ends.
